The league is almost midways now and all the teams are giving it their all to get into the finals. After a break of a day the matches will resume and the upcoming match will be played between the two top-four teams St Kitts and Nevis Patriots and Trinbago Knight Riders. Both the teams have shown some promising results this season and it is going to be an interesting match. Although both the teams are in top four, they will have to perform well if they want to get into the finals an looking for a chance of winning this season. The knight riders are one of the best team this season and will not be easy to defeat.

Team Overview:

St Kitts and Nevis Patriots:

The patriots although having a poor performance this tournament they have been able to hold on to their position in the league by a very thin thread. In all the six matches played by them, they were able to come on top only twice. Having faced ups and downs this season they will be looking forward to coming out on top in their upcoming match and score two more points for themselves.

Choosing to bowl first in their previous match their bowlers did an exceptionally well job in suppressing the other team and managed to stop their climbing runs at a total of 138. The main reason if they lose will be their batting which does not look as good as their bowling and may even be called bad.

Trinbago Knight Riders:

The performance of Trinbago Knight Riders can be said as their best till now and they even smashed records when they scored 267 while batting against Jamaica Tallawahs. Of the four matches they played, they have yet to lose one and with a remarkable run rate of 1.208 they are a team to be reckoned with. Their batting and bowling are fairly balanced and both are exceptionally well this season. Collin Munro who is a top-ranked T20I batsman is showing his overpowered performance at the third position in the team and this position seems to suit him well. They are the toughest team to overcome in this tournament and will certainly be hard to beat in today’s match.
